Well, I cannot even
believe that it has been since March that I have updated this page.
So much has happened since then, that I don't think that I could
put it in 10 CEO's corners! We'll I would say that the most dramatic
thing that has happened to the business since March is that we finally
split the business up into 2 distinct businesses. Bagpeddler.com,
and Promopeddler.com. Both businesses now have their own offices,
and staff. (And believe me, it needed to happen.) Monte, our President
had taken the lead for Bagpeddler.com along with handling some of
the marketing for Promopeddler.com. While I, am overseeing the day
to day operations of Promopeddler.com, and the sales and support
staff. Promopeddler.com has really turned into a huge thing for
the business. I mean, we went from doing occassional promotional
products, to having them flood in everyday. (This is due to Monte's
genius of marketing. Shhhhh, don't tell anyone) One of the big things
about the promotional products business is that it is ever changing.
The promopeddler.com main database has 975,000 products in it that
people can search. While our new data base located at Promopeddler.com
has over 975,000 products in it. WOW! 975,000 products at your fingertips!
NO MORE CATALOGS! This has been insanely popular with our clients
who were tired of thumbing through mountains of catalogs from various
distributers who happened to come by to peddle their wares. ;) We
have also continued to do very well on Bagpeddler.com, with over
100 new products being added every month. Selection is the key word
for the day for our customers. We are still trying to negotiate
to get alot of the name brands on the site, but during the last
6 months, marketing for Promopeddler has taken up alot of our energy
and man hours to make sure that it got off the ground and was doing
great. I hope to make the updates more frequent and less infrequent.
I really believe that it is important for the customers to have
access to managment, and to provide information to those whom want
