Warranty Policy

 Bagpeddler.com stands firmly behind all products sold on our website. If we can not guarantee a product, we will not sell it. We believe that if we stand behind our products, provide excellent customer service, offer great prices with fast and free shipping, you will continue to patronize us. Hopefully you will tell your friends and family about us! We guarantee all products sold and purchased on our website for one year to be replaced free of charge. Any defects in workmanship and materials found in our products will be replaced at no cost to you, with the same or similar product upon return to our processing center for inspection. Please send all warranties to the same address listed below, and mark the box and correspondence "Attn. Warranties".

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes a product will not always meet your needs and may need to be returned. We appreciate your business so we will handle your return smoothly and promptly. All products in re-sellable condition, purchased directly from Bagpeddler.com, can be returned for full credit for a period of 30 days after purchase. Shipping costs are paid by you. Your item will be credited to your method of payment within 25 days of receiving your return. Please allow two billing cycles for your return to show on your statement.

Many times customers get an item and it may not be exactly what they had expected, but they may want to try another item. We now offer Free Shipping towards trial of another item. If you would like this service, please contact us and we will send another item out for your review. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges just as above. Your item will need to be returned within 30 days to qualify for this service. Any differences in cost of actual item(s) will be adjusted to you when you contact us

Hassle Free Return Instructions

Please send all returns or defective items, purchased within 30 days, to the return address below. Include either a copy of the original invoice, any email correspondence, or the packing slip so we can process your return faster. A short explanation of why it did not suit your needs would be greatly appreciated.

Non Website Purchases Policy

Occasionally we do offer certain products at the major internet auctions, or other avenues. These items are sold as is and are not returnable except for exchange for a like item or better. You may however return the item in order to upgrade to a different item that you feel may suit you better within 7 days ; contact us if this is the case. Please refer to the email you received as your purchase confirmation or to the website you purchased the item(s) from for more details.
