One of the most frequent suggestions that we have had in recent months, is to add order tracking on the site. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to do that. The reason is that we do not have an exclusive shipper. We ship by a variety of ways to offer the customer the best choice. As long as the order is made before 12:00 pm PST it will ship the same day. Also, the cost involved would force us to raise our prices. So order tracking will happen at some point, but it is not currently on the horizon.

This means that you will always receive your order as soon as possible. Orders involving free shipping will usually take 3 to 10 days to reach you. However, sometimes there are circumstances in which an order might take up to 2 weeks for delivery. The reason for this is that sometimes a supplier has run out of stock on an item, and we did not know about it. So our policy is that delivery can be 1 to 2 weeks unless you have selected a different shipping method. On orders that the customer has requested shipping like Fed Ex overnight, and the product is not available, we will offer a refund of the amount of expedited shipping, and ship as soon as possible. Now please bear in mind, that these problems are few and far between, and only happen in a very small number of cases. So rest assured that your product will reach you as soon as possible. Also, there are times that we may choose to upgrade your shipping at no cost to you. For example, you may order an item UPS Ground and we may upgrade you to USPS Priority mail. UPS ground takes 3 to 10 days, and USPS Priority mail takes 2 to 3 days. The reason we sometimes do this has to do with product location. A certain color, or size may be available at 1 warehouse, but not at another. So in order for us to ship to you by the fastest means possible we may choose to upgrade your shipping. Please always remember, that we have your best interests in mind.
